Almira was founded in 2000, when our managing director, schalk Cadle, started his own financial and business management consulting firm after having consulted leading business on a part-time basis for the previous 14 years
Schalk started his financial and business management career as an accountant and quickly moved into the financial management and business management areas. Many companies, mainly with the the SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) market, were formed by Schalk in conjunction with clients or partners.
Schalk took his interest in business and financial management further and completed an MCom in 2009, with the specific interest in Venture and Angel Capital. His qualifications and experience are an extremely valuable asset to any business.
Lindie Meyer is a registered professional accountant and joined Almira in 2020. She holds a honours degree in accounting and has been working her way up the ranks in the accounting firm environment the past 13 years.
Lindie’s expertise is strongly rooted in the preparation of financials, consultation and taxation in an extensive field of industries, all in the small and medium enterprise market. Lindie is focused on building a strong and trusted relationship with clients and adding value beyond the scope of the agreed upon terms of engagements. As an experienced leader in her team she will help you take the lead to more efficient business processes.
